What is National Storytelling Week?
2019 marks the nineteenth anniversary of National Storytelling Week –
This is a celebration of the oral tradition of storytelling. Many of these stories have been passed down through generations and across cultures for centuries.
National Storytelling Week is celebrated by all ages with the telling of folk tales, fairy lore, phantoms, dragons, serpents, lost treasure and found fortunes. A good teller will spin a tale of intrigue and mystery.
