Job Title: DSP Assistants

Location: Beanfield Primary School

Salary: BWT Grade 4 full time equivalent £21,700. Pro rata £16,373

Hours per week / Weeks per year: 32.5 hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am- 3.30pm, 39 weeks (term time plus 5 training days)

About Beanfield Primary School and the DSP Assistant role

Are you looking for an exciting challenge? Beanfield Primary School has the opportunity for an two exceptional people to join our team as a Designated Special Provision Assistant. You will support children with a range of special educational needs, where every day is different but rewarding.

We are looking for someone to join us on a 1 year fixed term basis supporting children within our Unit Provision.

The successful candidate will support our amazing children on their academic journey. You will work within a team of driven, passionate professionals, who each day provide high quality, personalised care and attention to all children within the Specialist Provision. You will be able to hit the ground running and contribute to implementing routines and structures for each individual.

If you can demonstrate a passion for ensuring children with special educational needs are not left behind, and instead given the opportunities, support and care to develop and become independent learners. Then this role for you!
