Senior Leadership Team

Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) combined with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the University of Roehampton. With a passion for inclusive education and student achievement, Sam began her teaching career in 2003 and joined Beanfield Primary School in 2012, where she has held a variety of leadership roles before being appointed as Principal in January 2018.

Throughout her career, Sam has demonstrated a strong commitment to educational excellence and continuous professional development. She has completed her NASENCO award, NPQH and more recently, NPQEL.  

Under Sam’s leadership, Beanfield has continued to grow as a nurturing and ambitious learning environment. In addition to her role at Beanfield, Sam actively contributes to wider Trust initiatives and supports school improvement in her role as Senior Principal across the Primary sector of the Brooke Weston Trust.
