Senior Leadership Team

Donna Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Advertising Management from Leeds Metropolitan University. She began her career with the Trust in 2014 at Beanfield Primary School, progressing from Personal Assistant to the Principal to Senior Administrator, and was appointed to her current role in September 2021.

Throughout her career, Donna has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development. She has successfully completed a Level 3 CIPD qualification in Human Resources, the NGA Leading Governance programme, IOSH for Executives, and most recently, British Sign Language Level 2.

In recent years, Donna has expanded her role to support multiple schools within the Trust. She provided interim operational support to Oakley Vale and, since October 2024, has also been supporting Gretton Primary School.
