Senior Leadership Team

Gemma Warburton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandise Management from Westminster University. She began her career with the Trust in 2016 at Beanfield Primary School, progressing from Assistant Principal to Vice Principal, and was appointed Senior Vice Principal in September 2022.

Throughout her career, Gemma has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development. She has successfully completed the SENDCo qualification and is currently undertaking the National Professional Qualification in Headship.

In recent years, Gemma has expanded her role from overseeing the Early Years foundation stage to leading on disadvantage and Pupil premium and managing the Special Provision at Beanfield Primary School.  As of September 2025, Gemma will become the strategic lead for EYFS, Special Provision and Personal development at Beanfield Primary School.
