Senior Leadership Team

Sarah Fleming holds a Batchelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education (Integrated Working with Families), she also holds a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care Practice. Sarah was born in Corby and attended all of the beanfield Schools from Nursery all the way up finishing with Beanfield Comprehensive. She returned back to Beanfield in 2007 starting as a Learning Mentor progressing to her current position of Vice Principal. 

Working supporting families and the whole community is something Sarah is dedicated to, setting up the school's Extended Provision, Food Bank and Sharing Shed. Throughout Sarah's career there has been a huge emphasis on supporting Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing gaining a variety of qualifications in counselling and Sarah has also trained to be the Senior Lead for Mental Health. 

Sarah hold a wealth of safeguarding knowledge and is also the Primary Safeguarding Advisor for the Brooke Weston Trust, she has been the Designated Safeguarding Lead at Beanfield Primary School for 15 plus years and has set up and grown the Wellbeing Team at Beanfield Primary.
