Senior Leadership Team

Genevieve brings a wealth of experience to Beanfield Primary School, having worked in both Primary and Secondary settings since 2013. Her career has been dedicated to supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as those requiring additional behavioural support. She joined the Brooke Weston Trust in 2018 as a class teacher and quickly progressed to become Behaviour Lead at Oakley Vale Primary School. Now serving as Assistant Principal and the mainstream SENCO at Beanfield Primary, Genevieve is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive.
