Remembrance Day
Every year the whole school comes together to share in our Remembrance Day assembly in which we remind ourselves of why we wear our poppies and the great sacrifice that so many have made as part of our armed forces over the years. This year's assembly was lead by Miss Wallington and children reflected on why we hold a two minute silence, the significance of the last post and shared the poem In Flanders Fields by John McCrae.
