Daily Timetable:

Handwriting and Vocabulary (30 mins)

Learn the meaning for the word of the day and complete the vocabulary tasks on the PowerPoint. Remember to use your neatest, cursive, joined handwriting.

Spelling (30 mins)

Practise this week’s spelling words by looking, writing, checking and writing again. Then, work through the editing for spelling tasks.

English (1hr)

Watch the video clip of the tsunami. Follow the tasks on the PowerPoint to plan a first person recount. 

Maths  (1hr)

To identify fraction and decimal equivalence. Don’t worry – its not as hard as it sounds! Work through the tasks on the PowerPoint.

Topic - History (1 hr)

Researching Minoan Civilisation and creating an information page about what you have found out. Pay close attention to the information on the PowerPoint about all the sources of information you may use.
